Nicol
Chief Executive Officer

James Nicol has held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Tomkins since joining the company in February 2002 and became a director of Pinafore Acquisitions in September 2010. He was previously the President and Chief Operating Officer of Magna International Inc., a global automotive parts company. He joined Magna International Inc. in 1987 as Vice-President, Special Projects following a successful career as a commercial lawyer. Jim also founded TRIAM Automotive Inc. in 1992 and he returned to Magna International Inc. as Vice Chairman when it acquired TRIAM Automotive Inc in 1998.

John
Zimmerman
Chief Financial Officer

John Zimmerman currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Tomkins. He joined Tomkins as Vice President of Corporate Development in 1999. He was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in October 2007 and to the board of Pinafore Acquisitions in September 2010. John is a chartered accountant (S.A.) and practiced for many years at Deloitte in South Africa. He joined Braxton Associates in Toronto in 1990 and became a partner at Orenda Corporate Finance in 1994.

Power
President, Industrial and Automotive

Al Power currently serves as President, Industrial and Automotive and became a director of Pinafore Acquisitions in September 2010. He joined Tomkins in 2008. Previously, Al was President and Chief Operating Officer of Van Rob Inc., an auto parts company; President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of National Rubber Technologies, a manufacturer of rubber products; and President and Chief Executive Officer of Decoma International, an auto parts supplier.

O’Halloran
Chief Operating Officer, Building Products

Terry O’Halloran currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer, Building Products group at Tomkins. He joined Tomkins in 1985 as Vice President of Operations and has held the positions of Group President – Air Systems Division, President of Ruskin Company and President of Air Systems Components.
